Children’s Grand Park Guide
Best Place to Spend a Fun Day with Kids in Seoul

Children’s Grand Park is a huge park where both kids and adults can have a blast, but it’s especially perfect for younger kids—preschoolers and early elementary schoolers will love it here! If you’re looking for a great place to visit with kids in Seoul, this park is definitely worth checking out. The best part? It’s completely free! With wide open spaces, a zoo, and plenty of things to see and do, you can easily spend the whole day having fun. 😊
The Beauty of Autumn at Children’s Grand Park

Children’s Grand Park is especially stunning in the fall. By October, the autumn leaves in Korea are at their peak, and this park is no exception. The large park and vibrant colors make it a perfect spot for a relaxing walk.
Liam absolutely loves Children’s Grand Park—during the three months we were here, we visited four times! After living in the open, free space of Australia, it was hard for him to find somewhere to run around in Korea. But at Children’s Grand Park, just like in Australia, kids can freely play and enjoy nature in a vast, open space.
There aren’t many places in Seoul where kids can run around in such a large area. It can be tough to see everything in one day, so I recommend picking a few spots to leisurely enjoy.
Lunch at Lotteria
We usually started at Children’s Grand Park Station and, while exploring, made our way towards Achasan to stop by Lotteria for lunch.
Even though Liam isn’t a big fan of hamburgers, he loves Lotteria’s shrimp burger, so it’s always a simple, affordable, and tasty choice for a quick meal.
