HarborLand Pattaya
A Perfect Rainy Day Spot at Terminal 21
MAY 2024

HarborLand Pattaya is inside the Terminal 21 Shopping Center, making it an ideal spot to visit when the weather isn’t on your side. Sure, you might think, “A kids’ café? On vacation?” But let’s be real—traveling with kids is just parenting in a different setting. And when it’s pouring outside, there aren’t many options beyond the hotel’s kids’ club.
During our 11-day trip, we had quite a few rainy days in the forecast. On one of those days, when the rain just wouldn’t stop, we headed to Terminal 21. With a kids’ café right inside, it was super convenient. We explored the mall, grabbed lunch, and spent the afternoon at HarborLand. Before we knew it, the whole day had flown by!

Admission Fee
The admission fee for HarborLand Pattaya can be purchased at a booth located next to the entrance of Pier 21 on the 3rd floor of Terminal 21 Shopping Center. After buying your ticket, head up to the 4th floor, and you’ll find the entrance to the kids’ café.

For Liam, as a small child, the admission fee was 480 Baht. Each parent’s ticket was 180 Baht, and non-slip socks for each person were 50 Baht (which can be bought on-site if you don’t have your own).
There’s also a nanny service available, but the prices vary significantly depending on whether you choose an English- or Thai-speaking nanny.

HarborLand Pattaya Indoor Space
When we first entered HarborLand Pattaya, it looked pretty small, but it’s actually spread across multiple levels, so there was much more than we expected. The size is just right—well-organized and perfectly designed for preschoolers. It seemed like a great fit for little ones to enjoy!

The space is like a maze with multiple levels in a small area, and Liam had so much fun exploring every corner, running around like he was on an adventure. He was loving it!

There were staff members at every corner, so it felt safe, and because of that, 4-year-old Liam had no problem exploring on his own. He navigated around with ease!
There’s a trampoline that the kids loved, a zipline, and even though the space is small, it’s packed with all the things you’d expect. It really had everything!

We hadn’t had much time for toy play during the trip, but here, there were plenty of toys like cars, trains, and even a kitchen set for role-playing. With so many options, there was no time to get bored!

On one side, there was an art studio with a variety of craft activities. While there were some limitations on the number of times you could participate, everything was free! They had coloring, origami, making plastic chains, carving plaster characters, making bags, and more.
Liam, who loves art, spent almost an hour here coloring, painting a car-shaped plaster figure, and enjoying all the creative activities.
Restrooms
HarborLand Pattaya is fairly new, so the indoor space feels almost brand new, and the restrooms were sparkling clean as well.
The restrooms are also kid-sized, so even 4-year-old Liam could go on his own without any issues.

The End
HarborLand Pattaya offers a variety of experiences like running around, riding bikes, and doing art activities. It had a unique charm that set it apart from the kids’ cafés Liam has visited in Korea and Australia. Even though we were traveling, I’d definitely recommend checking it out at least once!
